Strength:  Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning: Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
- 135 pound Power Snatch
- 6 Pull Ups
- 9 Vertical Jumps (to a target 1 foot above your max reach)

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post weight and total rounds completed.
