You don't need to do your hops like this today...but I'm not saying you can't...
Strength: Deadlift: 2-2-2-2-2-2
Conditioning: Tabata Mash-up:
- Deadlifts (275/185# or 70-75% of today's heaviest)
- Lateral hops over the Bar
For the metcon, you will then alternate :20 of all-out Deadlifts, :10 rest, :20 of all-out Lateral Hops, and :10 of rest. Repeat that 8 times. Your score is the total number of Deadlifts and Hops completed.
