Banded Sprints.  Brad and I had the pleasure of doing banded sprints with this guy holding the bands:

John Welbourne.  He is huge.
Skill:  6 x Banded Sprints (length of the rubber mats)

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 12:00:
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (heaviest possible)
- 30 Double unders
