Strength: Power Cleans- 2 reps every :45 for 12 rounds @ 65-75% of 1rm
Conditioning: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
- Hang Power Cleans @ 85-95% of the today's strength sets
- Pistols (alternate legs each rep)
