I know a few of you thought about making it to CF Solano's "31 Heroes" event today.  If you do, make sure you get there early.  Heats start at 9 am and take place every 35 minutes, it's first come first serve.  And make sure you click here to donate before showing up or pay $10 at the door.:
We are going to do a partner workout today, a scaled variation of 31 Heroes.  Click "here" above to learn more about the workout and the reasons it was made.

Conditioning:  Partner Workout:  As Many Rounds As Possible in 30:00:
-  8  Pull Ups
-  6 Thrusters (110/ 70#)
- 11 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m.  Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off. 

Score is your total # of rounds and reps you and your partner complete.
