Skill: Review of movements
Conditioning: “Kelly”
5 Rounds for Time of:
- 400m Run
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20”)
- 30 Wall Balls (20/14 #)
When you return from the run, you can perform Box Jumps or Wall Ball first, it does not matter. Find an empty spot and keep working.
