Strength: Shoulder Press 3x5 reps, max reps on last set (add 1-5# from last time)

Conditioning: For Time:
- 100 Double Unders
- 50 Pull Up
- 50 Push Up
- 50 Sit Up
- 50 Squats
- 100 Double Unders

One time through, storm through it as fast as possible!  Scale up or down as needed, as long as you hit full range of motion every rep.
