 There are two reasons to watch this video:  An improper floor press set up and an awesome ending.  The dog's form and technique was better than the lifter's.

Strength: Front Squat 3x5 (add 5#)
                Floor Press 3x5 (add 1-5#)

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 8:00:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Toes to Bar
