Today's workout will start in heats, first 5 complete their Row then move on to the Thrusters.  The next 5 will start their Row and try to catch the first group!
Strength: Deadlift 5rm (add 5-10# from last week)

Conditioning: “Jackie”
- 1000m Row
- 50 Thrusters (45/35#)
- 30 Pull Ups
