Anthony lifting something heavy
Strength: Tire Flip.  Spend 20- 30 min. learning technique and lift something heavy!  

**Challenge:  Try the "Strongest" competition workout of who can flip the #4 Tire 60 yards in the fastest time?

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 8:00:
- 10 Deadlift @ 50% 1RM
- 15 Box Jumps (24/ 20")
