Strength: Back Squat 3 x 5 (+5 lbs from last time)
                Shoulder Press 3 x 5 (+ 1-5 lbs from last time)

Conditioning: As many rounds possible in 12:00:
- 5 Push Presses @ 65% of Body Weight
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Double Unders
