The Push Press is a more powerful movement than the traditional Press because it requires using the entire body to complete the movement.
Strength: Back Squat 3 x 5 (+5 lbs from last time)
                Shoulder Press 3 x 5 (+ 1-5 lbs from last time)

Conditioning:  As many rounds as possible in 10:00:
- 7 Push Press (115/ 75#)
- 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (115/ 75#)
