Skill:  Dips.  Bar or Rings.
Accumulate 40 reps in as few sets as possible. 1-3 min rest between sets

WOD:  On the minute for 15:00:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (heaviest possible)
- max reps Double Unders

Post Dip sets and Double Under reps to comments.

    haha, thought I didn't do too bad until I saw Jenna's #53# and 423 du's!!

  6. SWOD: 40 dips, 10 strict, 30 with 1/2 of skinny band.
    Metcon: 200+ double unders/53#kb * apparently I scaled up by holding my breath throughout the workout, I don't recommend that.
