WOD: 7 rounds:
- 7 Push Press
- 7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 7 Burpees

For the Push Presses, choose the weight you feel you can complete the entire workout.

    Metcon: 15:30, 75lb PP & used little black band o get my chest to the bar every time
