SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris, 36, drowned during combat operations, August 30th 2008 in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Dr. Sam and Evelyn Harris, his brother Ranchor and twin sister Kiki.



Skill WOD: GHD Sit ups

-Run 400 meters
-30 Sit ups
-250/ 185 lbs Deadlift, 15 reps

  7. Nice work on a grinder of a WOD this morning, everyone! I was taking the day off today cause I'm still sore from yesterday, but I messed around with 1-arm barbell snatches. I got up to 135# each arm, which I've never been able to do. PR, Steffanie!

    last wod with deadlifts I used 155#. Couldn't do it today. Wasn't feeling it. Hopefully on video I looked like I was kicking butt!
