    WOD: 380, jumping p/u, band ring dips, 1 rope climb, rope lowers. Fun but brutal!

    rope climb-1st round 1 climb; 2nd round 1/2 climb, 1/2 rope pulls--counted total as 1.5 climb (thus the .5 on my score LOL)

    I agree with everyone else, WOD was brutal and great at the same time!
