Doug put together a set of cubbies for us.  It's towards the back, where most people begin their stretching.  Please help us keep our computer table clear by using the cubbies. 
(FYI, its seured to the wall so our kids can't pull them down)

3 reps on the minute for 12:00 at 60-65% of 1rm (Pause each rep on the ground for 2 seconds)

Metcon:  Rounds in 15:00 of:
- 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
