Love this pic! My boys were quiet last night, they came home and did nothing. Which now that I think of it, isn't really different than any other night.
Metcon: 10 or 11 rounds+ 5 pull& 2push ups RX. I know Brooke lapped me but not sure if it was 2x's.=) All push ups hand release since it was easier on shoulder.
Thanks for coming in at 630p Brooke so I had someone to do this with. That wouldve sucked alone.
