Skill: 200 Double Unders (accumulate in as few sets as possible)

Conditioning:  For Time:
- 800m Run
- 50 Body Blasters (burpee pullup, followed by knees to elbow)
- 800m Run

    Metcon: 22:28 (ran 800, then 50 burpees with raising knees on the rings, then 1000m row)
