This is my friend Marty, from CF One World and an excellent K-9 trainer in the South Bay Area, when he first started CrossFit.  What can he do to improve his Squat in this picture?  
Skill: Double Under Practice -OR- pick a skill of choice and work on it

Conditioning: 4 rounds:
- 400m Run
- 50 Squats
