A few of us went to CrossFit One World and judged CrossFit Football's Occupy Strength Competition.  I don't think you'll be able to find us in this picture
Blurry...but Brad is judging a competitor easily Power Cleaning  315# for his first attempt.
Strength: Deadlift 1 x 5 (add 5# from last week)

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for Time:
- 7 KettleBell Swings - Russian (Heaviest Possible)
- 7 Burpees
- 25 Yard Sprint
- 7 KB Swings - Russian
- 7 Burpees
- 25 Yard Sprint
