What is wrong with this Squat?  Be specific, "almost everything" is a correct answer, but how would you fix it? 
Skill:   Handstand Holds, Walks, Free standing practice

Conditioning: "Cindy"
As many rounds as possible in 20:00:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats

  1. Problem: Weight on his toes, dislocated right foot, knees track to far out past the toes, vibrams, vibrams with socks, boardshorts.

    Fix: Find a better gym to train at
