Armando has been working extremely hard lately and making many gains.  He does a good job of maximizing his intensity in one workout session each weekday, then taking plenty of rest the rest of the day then over the weekend.  Proper rest will help you improve in fitness, not necessarily more workouts.
He also shared with my how he records his workouts, using this App called MyWod.  Check it out by clicking HERE:


Strength: Deadlift 1x5 (add 5# from last time)

Conditioning:  On the minute for 12 minutes:
- 2 Power Snatch @ 75-80% of 1RM
- Max reps Push Ups with the remainder of the minute
