275# Grace!  I'm glad we don't have to do this weight at Barbells for Boobs next week.  
Remember, next Friday is our event, invite your friends to come and participate or support.

Strength: Power Clean 5 x 3 (add 5# from last week)

Conditioning: Every minute on the minute for 15:00:
- add one Clean and Jerk. (Ground to Overhead) (135/ 95#)

Who can make it to the full 15:00?  This is practice for "Grace" next week!
