Foley's version of Box Jumps while in Qatar.  Why do we keep building boxes, we just need a few of these.
Strength: Back Squat 3 x 5 (+5 lbs from last week)
                Shoulder Press 3 x 5 (+ 1-5 lbs from last week)

Conditioning: Reps of 10-9-8- 7- 6- 5- 4- 3- 2- 1 of:
- Handstand Push Ups
- Box Jumps (24/20")
