With the heavy hammer, I just tried to get the movement down with one turn. All power, zero technique.
With the light hammer, I was able to throw some momentum into to. And this was enough to get me 3rd place in the event.
I definitely learned a lot from the competition. We're not going to turn into a Highland Games gym or anything, but we definitely could benefit from throwing objects that are difficult to hold and not balanced (i.e: Barbells, stones, etc).

WOD: 3 rounds for time
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (as heavy as possible with good form)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 50 Double Unders
