Strength:  Floor Press 5-5-5-3-3-3

WOD:  In 10:00 complete:
- 1000m Row
Then rounds of:
- 10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 200m Run

    Metcon: 2 Full Rounds + 8 C2B Pull-ups
    Quads still on fire from Wall Balls and BROga. Really just wanted to row for 10 straight minutes so I wouldn't have to run.

    Extra effort on C2B Pull-ups in hopes to get a muscle up...one day soon!
